The Pueblo people used the cotton they grew to weave into blankets, dresses for the women, and breech-cloths or kilts for the men. They loved beads of shell and turquoise pendants, fetishes or charms. The jewelry list also included small black and red beads made of stone and ornaments from shells imported from the California coast.
