Red Rock Canyon

| The Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area is located 15 miles
west of Las Vegas, Nevada, on the eastern slope of the Spring Mountain
Range. It covers 196,000 acres. It's hard to believe that this
entire area was once under water.
Visitor's Center hours are 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., winter, and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. spring and summer. Scenic Drive hours are 7 a.m. to dusk. The Red Rock General Information Hot Line is 702-363-1921. |
